Hello, this is Erik Dalton and I’d like to welcome you to my Myoskeletal Spa Massage video. I’ve been developing this “stress-busting” routine in my private practice for several decades.  Over the years I’ve had many requests to present these 60 techniques in a condensed spa format.

For camera purposes, I’ll only be demonstrating these prone, sidelying and supine maneuvers on one side of my client’s body, but I’ll show you when you would normally go to the other side and begin the routine again. As you follow me through, you’ll see that in some techniques, I’ll ask my client to assist me by performing specific movement enhancers such as pelvic tilting and deep breathing to boost the effectiveness. Yet, in many cases the client may want to just kick back and let you do all the work and that’s absolutely fine. You do not have to perform these assisted contract-relax techniques.

We’ve divided this relaxation routine into several sections for easy reference. This allows you to select specific techniques to add to your existing massage or to perform the entire massage as it is taught. So grab a partner and follow along or simply set back and enjoy the ride.
